This Hunter Mountain area restaurant is a “labor of love” of Sean Byrne, grandson of Michael Curran who opened Curran’s in the 1930’s and established it as a local favorite dining room and tavern. Our Culinary Mission

Curran’s is dedicated to providing a fine dining menu that changes daily and is based on the freshest available local produce, market ready seafood, and prime cut beef and chops at an affordable value.  Our cuisine is “creative” American: Fabulous fish and seafood entrees are prepared with surprising sauces and flavorful accompaniments.  Steaks and chops are handcut, seasoned, then grilled or braised to perfection.
